Please allow 24-48 hours (Business Days) after order confirmation for your order to ship. Currently, we are running closer to 48 hours. You will receive tracking information generally within 24 hours of order confirmation. This does not mean your order has shipped. Please allow up to 72 hours before trying to track your order.
A tracking number will be provided and emailed to you, after your order confirmation. Receipt of this information does not necessarily mean your order has shipped. Please keep in mind, in some instances the Postal Service does not update tracking. Rest assured, if it has been 48 hours after receipt of your order, it is on it’s way to you. If you are unable to track your order, please be aware, we do not have any more information than you do. Once your package is shipped, we have no control over the manner in which the postal service handles your package or the speed in which they deliver.
It is recommended that you always choose Priority Mail. It includes $100 in insurance, in the event your package is lost or damaged. For orders over $100, please contact us, to purchase additional insurance.
We currently ship via USPS and FedEx. We highly recommend using Fed Ex as the Post Office is extremely slow currently. You may still choose USPS but please be aware that shipping can take up to 5-7 days, not including our 48 hour processing time. FedEx One Rate is guaranteed 1-3 business days once shipped. Please be aware there is still a 48 hour processing time.
We offer promo codes for several reasons. All new customers are allowed a 1 time promo code to save 10% off your order. We also offer recurring promo codes for: Reviews, Referrals, Your Birthday, as well as offer discounts to Veterans/Active Duty and Seniors, 65 & over on a fixed income. If you call during regular business hours and receive voicemail – please leave a message, someone will be with you as soon as possible. If you are in our FaceBook Group, you may also reach one of the Admins for assistance.
We at Tea Time take your safety & the quality of our products very seriously. We test all of our products for all Microbial Contaminants, Heavy Metals, Quantification as well as Quality. Rest assured, we strive to provide only top quality product, safety checked, and 100% Organic, with no additives or fillers.
If you are not 100% Satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. The package must be returned in the manner it was received. We DO NOT accept returns on opened packages. You must contact us prior to returning your product to obtain a return authorization number. All Returns will be the responsibility of the buyer to ship back to us. In the event we made a mistake, we will always make it right.
Each of us, reacts differently to Kratom. There is no guarantee that a particular strain will work for you. You will find that your journey with Kratom will likely be trial & error. We recommend keeping the product and coming back to it at a later date. Some of my favorite strains, are those I put in the back of the cabinet because they did not initially work for me. You may also try a potentiator, such as Tumeric, Orange Juice, Chinese Cats Claw Etc.
Currently, Kratom powder is not legal in these states:
- Alabama
- Arkansas
- Indiana
- Rhode Island
- Vermont
- Wisconsin
- Washington DC
- Alton (IL)
- Sarasota County (FL)
- San Diego (CA)
If you live in any of these areas, Kratom is banned or has strict regulations on it. In the states in which Kratom has been banned Tea Time Botanicals cannot ship there. In the event that you place an order and currently reside in any of these locations, your order will be refunded, as we are unable to fulfill your order.
Please be aware once your order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the United States Postal Service or FedEx. In the event your package is lost or damaged, please contact USPS or FedEx to file a claim. It is recommended that you keep all packaging, as well as your receipt as it may be needed to file a claim. We are more than happy to assist you with your claim, in the event that you have questions.
Tea Time Botanicals does offer wholesale pricing to vendors. You must provide proof of a business license and clean room (if you will be packaging orders) in order to purchase Wholesale from us. Please contact us for more information.
We currently accept all major credit/debit cards, as well as E-check. These methods are subject to change at any time.
It is recommended before starting any new regimen to contact your physician. We are not doctors, nor are we able to give any medical advice.
We at Tea Time love variety! It is the spice of life! All strains are blended in house, developed from generations old recipes passed down from our farmers family. We can not say which “Strain” is right for you, however, we do provide a list, compiled from customer reviews, that makes choosing a little easier. Please keep in mind, Kratom is very subjective, so although it may work one way for one person, there is no guarantee that it will work that way for you.
