Tea Time (TTB) is proud to offer only the best, 100% certified organic botanicals. We take great pride in the quality of our products, and the service we provide.
The following terms and policies outline the terms of sale, and conditions of use as well as our Processing and Shipping Policies.
Please note that all orders are processed in our clean room facility within 1-2 business days from the time we receive your order. All orders are processed Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays. Due to the time needed to process orders, orders placed Friday through Sunday may not be fulfilled until the following business day.
Upon submitting your order you will automatically receive an email confirmation that will include your order number. Shortly thereafter (within 24-48 hours) you will also receive a separate, second email that will include a tracking number that can be later used to track your order (once it has been fully processed). Unfortunately, receipt of this tracking number does NOT mean your order has been processed or that it is ready to be shipped. Therefore please allow a minimum of two business days before tracking information will become available.
If at any point you are not satisfied with your products, we offer a return of equal or lesser value within 14 days. You must contact TTB to receive a return authorization number. All Products must be received in the manner they were shipped. Exchanges will only be authorized for unopened seal packages. We do not accept returns for any opened packages. It is your sole responsibility to ship your return back to TTB.
TTB is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please immediately contact the shipping carrier (U.S.P.S) to file a claim. We recommend that you save all packaging materials and damaged goods as it may be needed in order to file a claim.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from TTB are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the U.S.P.S. shipping courier. We are not able to determine or predict how the shipping employees conducts shipping. Whether it be how they HANDLE the package(s) or the speed in which they deliver.
